We're looking for a part-time, high-energy, experienced Marketing, Recruiting, Alumni & Development Coordinator to manage events, some aspects of our social media, raise funds and cultivate relationships with donors. 

The perfect candidate should have a positive relationship with Jesus Christ, loves young people, and supports Christian education. They should demonstrate leadership skills, take initiative, be a self-starter, thrive under pressure, love to adapt to ever-changing culture, have a passion for creating engaging content, and event experiences in-person and online, and be highly organized.

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Innovative and creative.
• Time management and highly organized to meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient with design software.
• Ability to lead volunteer groups and be decisive.
• Ability to build and cultivate donor relationships.
• Be legal to work in the United States.
