Education and Experience:  A degree in nursing and a current RN licensure in Tennessee are required.  A current BLS certification is also required.  Five years of experience in general nursing practice is recommended.

Qualifications:  The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.  Good customer service and tactfulness in dealing with people, along with discretion, good judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently, are especially important.  Must be a self-starter and possess good organizational skills.  Must be able to work well with personnel and be a team player.  The ability to maintain confidentiality is vital.
