The Master Industrial Maintenance Technician will perform Fire alarms, controls, electrical and/or mechanical installations/repairs, and other jobs related to the maintenance, renovation, or construction of campus facilities. Qualifications: An electrician’s license is required.  Must have knowledge of commercial and industrial work applications.  Must know how to perform other maintenance and preventative maintenance functions.  Understand how to troubleshoot controls in various electrical equipment such as boilers, hot water heaters, circulatory pumps, etc.  Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Basic computer skills required.  Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with a reasonable driving record.

Education and Experience: A minimum of five years of experience working as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, with varied experience in maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical systems, including fire alarms and other control systems.
EST-3 fire alarm experience is a plus.
