Part-Time Front Desk Administrative Assistant (18 hours/week)

Schedule: Two weekdays, 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $18–$22/hour
Location: Mile High Academy, Highlands Ranch, CO

Mile High Academy is seeking a part-time Front Desk Administrative Assistant to contribute to creating a welcoming and organized front office environment. This individual will be a key support to our students, staff, and families for two days each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, students, and families with a positive attitude
  • Track daily attendance and student movement
  • Maintain accurate health and medical documentation
  • Communicate with parents regarding injuries or illness
  • Support volunteer management and form collection
  • Answer phones, route messages, and support daily office tasks
Required Experience

Ideal Candidate:

  • Friendly and approachable with strong customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Capable of handling confidential information professionally
  • Able to stay calm and helpful in a dynamic environment

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to pass a background check
