Rio Lindo Adventist Academy is a private Seventh-day Adventist boarding high school located in beautiful Northern California. We serve a diverse population of students in grades 9–12, with a mission to reflect Christ, cultivate the relevancy and excitement of learning, and impact the world through education and service.

We are seeking a Task Force Boys' Dean for the 2025-2026 school year.  The Task Force dean is directly responsible to the head dean and will support and assist the head dean and assistant dean in the dorm program.

Duties include but are not limited to supervision of study halls, leading out in dorm worships, giving Bible studies, planning Boys' Club activities, transportation of students, supervision for off-campus events, working one-on-one with young people to develop relationships in a mentor role.

Qualifications include having a sense of mission for youth and a willingness to serve others. Be a positive, active and supportive member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Live a lifestyle that supports traditional Adventist values.  Be flexible and enjoy living and working closely with young people, having good communication and relational skills.

• Educational background: At least two years of college experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience working with high school students in an educational or residential setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various roles and responsibilities.
• Commitment to the school’s values and mission.
