Bethel Junior Academy is seeking dedicated, passionate, innovative and motivated teachers for kindergarten, Grades 1 & 2, and Grades 6-8. The school is accredited by the North American Division Commission on Accreditation, the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges, and Universities, the National Council for Private School Accreditation, and the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation.

Bethel Junior Academy is located in the beautiful, sunny area of Palm Beach County, Florida, minutes away from the beaches and numerous family and children oriented attractions.

As a K-8 school, Bethel is committed to educating students through teachers' commitment to teaching, nurturing and modeling Christ. The desired candidates will challenge and empower each student to develop spiritually, physically, socially, and strive for academic excellence. Additionally, candidates should approach teaching with the educational philosophy which is to provide a sound Christ-centered, uniquely Seventh-day Adventist education in which the student is taught to cherish the teachings of teachings of the Bible, maintaining at the same time a high degree of academic excellence. 

Candidates for these positions should:

• be active members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
• hold current NAD certification
• have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or endorsement in education
• be able to work collaboratively with a supportive team of teachers
• have a Christ-centered teaching and discipline philosophy
• be nurturing
• be authorized to work in the United States
