To wash, sanitize and dry all Deli cooking equipment from daily use in a timely manner. To always follow and practice the policies and procedures set by the TN Department of Agriculture. If main department’s expected duties are complete, they may be asked to assist in other areas as needed including, but not limited to prep, inventory and housekeeping. • A high school degree or GED equivalent is preferred;
