The Grab and Go Associate is to help make quality salad and spread items and meet their pars set by Deli management on a daily basis. To help student employees with Grab and Go procedures according to policies set by management. To clean and sanitize workstation area, tools and utensils on a daily basis, and always follow all TN Department of Agriculture food safety policies. If main department’s expected duties are complete, they may be asked to assist in other areas as needed including, but not limited to prep, inventory and housekeeping. • A high school degree, or GED equivalent is required, college degree preferred;
• Food service, especially in regards to following recipes experience is strongly preferred;
• Must have a good pallet and be willing to taste recipes for quality control.
