Minnetonka Christian Academy (MCA) is seeking a caring and energetic Pre-K Teacher to join our growing team. This part-time position is three days a week (Tuesday–Thursday) and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a Christ-centered, nurturing environment.

We’re looking for a dedicated early childhood educator who brings creativity, patience, and joy into the classroom. Experience with play-based learning, social-emotional development, and integrating faith into daily routines is highly valued. As our Pre-K Teacher, you will help nurture the foundational academic, social, and spiritual growth of our youngest learners.
