Minnetonka Christian Academy (MCA) is seeking a caring and energetic Pre-K/Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This full-time position consists of a combination of 3-day Pre-K instruction (Tuesdays through Thursdays) and 5-day Kindergarten instruction and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a Christ-centered, nurturing environment.

We’re looking for a certified elementary educator with significant early childhood/lower elementary experience who brings creativity, patience, and joy into the classroom. Experience with play-based learning, social-emotional development, and integrating faith into daily routines is highly valued. As our Pre-K/Kindergarten Teacher, you will help nurture the foundational academic, social, and spiritual growth of our youngest learners.
