We are looking for a driven and strategic recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Walla Walla University. You will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, serving as a key ambassador who provides prospective students with a deep, compelling understanding of our spiritual, academic, and student life programs. Leveraging your keen insight into secondary education systems, you will build and maintain positive relationships with students, their families, and our valued community partners, all while delivering key analysis and reports to leadership.

Pay Range: $49,686.55 to $56,461.99 annually

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, communication, related field, or equivalent experience. 

Years of Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, marketing, sales, public relations, or customer service, preferably in an academic setting.
