Tri-City Christian Academy, a PK-12 day school serving approximately 180 students, is seeking a dynamic and Christ-centered Principal to lead our mission-driven academy. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrator, preferably with a master’s degree, and a U.S. citizen. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, visionary, academically motivated, and innovative in their approach to Christian education.

Tri-City is located in the central piedmont area of North Carolina with easy access to both the beautiful mountains and the coast. A plethora of outdoor activities, entertainment, family friendly attractions, and the Technology Triangle, are just a small part of the draw of this area of the country.

The principal will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of educators, fostering a culture of excellence, building camaraderie among staff, and maintaining strong relationships with students, families, and the community. A passion for Christian education, a commitment to spiritual and academic growth, and the energy to inspire others are essential. With the support of 5 surrounding constituent churches, a recently constructed and well-maintained facility, well-equipped and modern classroom technology, and a dedicated professional staff, this school is bound to continue to grow rapidly as it has for the past several years.

A qualified applicant must be a committed Adventist who has teaching experience at the elementary level and holds current (or are working towards) NAD certification.
