The Director of Enrollment and Marketing serve as a strategic leader responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating all aspects of Blue Mountain Academy’s enrollment management and marketing efforts. This 12-month position works closely with the Principal, Administrative Committee, faculty, and the BMA Board to attract and retain mission-aligned families who value a Christ-centered, Seventh-day Adventist education.
The primary goal of this role is to increase student enrollment and retention at Blue Mountain Academy (BMA). A secondary but essential responsibility is to lead a strong, value-driven marketing strategy that communicates the school's vision and reinforces its reputation.
Working in collaboration with the Executive Finance Committee, the Director will prepare and manage an annual strategic enrollment and marketing plan with an aligned budget.
The Director will:
· Develop a comprehensive, data-informed strategic enrollment plan with clear goals across all grade levels.
· Serve as a key strategic advisor to the principal and the Administrative Committee.
· Collaborate with the Principal and CFO/Business Manager on net-tuition revenue strategy, tuition pricing, and financial aid forecasting.
· Analyze national and international demographic trends to inform outreach strategies.
· Review and improve admissions processes in alignment with BMA’s Admissions Policy and best practices.
· Strengthen relationships with alumni and foster long-term engagement.
· Build meaningful partnerships with SDA churches across Pennsylvania and surrounding regions.
Must be a faithful, practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and model a Christ-centered lifestyle that influences and inspires students toward a personal relationship with Christ
It is preferred that candidates have earned a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; however, experience in a related field is also acceptable.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and digital presentation tools.
· Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, set strategic goals, and evaluate success metrics.
· Experience in fundraising, alumni relations, and external communications is strongly desired.
· Strong understanding of financial forecasting, data analysis, and CRM/database systems.
· Willingness and ability to travel extensively for recruitment, marketing, and development purposes — including long-distance driving and air travel.
· Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed, including supervision.
· Experience working within denominational systems (PAC, CUC, NAD) is preferred
· Travel internationally to recruit students from Latin America, Asia, and other regions.
