The Idaho Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is seeking a Superintendent for Education to lead our Christ-centered educational mission. This is a key leadership position responsible for the strategic direction, instructional excellence, and spiritual growth of our nine elementary schools across the Idaho Conference and Gem State Adventist Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary and instructional leadership aligned with the mission of Adventist Education.
• Collaborate with Conference Administration and the Board of Education to implement strategic planning and educational initiatives.
• Support and promote Standards-Based Learning across all conference schools.
• Ensure educational excellence and foster an environment focused on student achievement and teacher development.
• Support and supervise principals, teachers, and staff in professional growth and curriculum development.
• Build and maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships with school communities, pastors, and conference leadership.
• Oversee accreditation processes, teacher certification, and school evaluations.

Reports to the Conference President, the Board of Education, and the Board of Directors.

Candidate Qualifications:

• A committed Seventh-day Adventist, faithful to the beliefs and mission of the Church, and a member in regular standing.
• Proven experience as a teacher and school administrator.
• Demonstrated strength in curriculum and instructional leadership.
• Skilled in strategic planning, communication, and team leadership.
• Able to handle crisis and problem management.
• Team player
• Knowledgeable and supportive of Standards-Based Learning and Assessment.
• Innovative, adaptable, and passionate about fostering academic and spiritual growth in students.

The salary range for this position is based on the North American Division certification, experience, and cost-of-living adjustment.
