Hinsdale Adventist Academy (HAA), a thriving Seventh-day Adventist private school, is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven PK - 12 Principal to lead our educational ministry with vision, passion, and purpose. Located in the historic and charming Village of Hinsdale, just 20 miles from downtown Chicago, and HAA offers rich opportunities for cultural and educational engagement.

As the only full PK–12 Adventist academy in Illinois, HAA serves a diverse student body and is committed to academic excellence, spiritual growth, and Christ-centered discipleship. The school is supported by four constituent churches, Adventist hospitals, and a highly professional and supportive resource board.

We are seeking a leader who will champion our school’s mission and work collaboratively with staff, students, families, and the broader community to cultivate a spiritually grounded and academically sound learning environment.

• Holds or is eligible for North American Division (NAD) Administrator Certification
• Demonstrated spiritual leadership and a passion for discipling young people
• Skilled in building strong, collaborative relationships with pastors and church communities
• Experience conducting staff evaluations and fostering a culture of professional growth
• Proficient with educational technology, including Google Education Suite, FACTS/RenWeb, MAP and other assessments
• Demonstrated instructional leadership across both elementary and secondary levels
• Highly organized with strong communication and follow-through skills
• Able to nurture partnerships with local AdventHealth hospital executives and community leaders
• Capable of overseeing facilities and financial operations in collaboration with the school board, finance chair, and business manager
• An active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, committed to providing high-quality leadership from a Christ-centered perspective
