Midland Adventist Academy (MAA) is seeking a 5th/6th grade teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. We are hopeful of finding a versatile teacher who is a creative, hard-working and a team-oriented individual. This teacher must be capable of teaching all middle school subjects, is progressive in their use of technology, and can work with students who have varying academic needs. We are looking for a teacher who is a committed follower of Jesus and passionate about sharing their love for Christ. 

MAA is a K-12 day school in suburban Shawnee, Kansas and has an enrollment of 140 students, with approximately 100 students in grades K-8 and 40 students in grades 9-12. Shawnee is located within twenty minutes of downtown Kansas City, the historic Country Club Plaza, the National World War I Museum, and the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts.
