The Dakota Conference is seeking a dedicated and Christ-centered educator for the Brentwood Adventist Christian School (BACS) in Bismarck, North Dakota. This full-time position is for the 2026–2027 school year. BACS is a one-teacher school with a teacher’s aide; it has a vibrant, family-like atmosphere. Educators are blessed with a supportive school board, engaged churches, and a community that values Adventist education. BACS has a four-day school week: M-Th.

The school is seeking a teacher who recognizes that students learn most effectively through active, hands-on engagement. The successful candidate will integrate experiential and nature-based learning opportunities that support real-world application and student understanding. Instruction is grounded in standards-based teaching and assessment practices that promote academic excellence and measurable student growth. Qualifications:

• Committed Seventh-day Adventist in good standing, with a love for Jesus and a desire to lead students spiritually and academically 
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Elementary Education
• Current NAD Elementary certification
• Experience in multi-grade classrooms preferred
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to provide proof of legal right to work upon employment

Compensation:  Salary and benefits are based on the North American Division wage scale and policies.
