We are seeking a teacher for Grades 5-8 who is passionate about discipling students and cultivating a Christ-centered culture! 

Lewis County Adventist School (LCAS) is a growing, private, Christian school serving students PK-10th grade. Located in the idyllic community of Chehalis, Washington, LCAS is close to both Portland, OR and Seattle, WA and has the best a small town can offer with easy access to I-5.  Lewis County Adventist School has existed for more than 100 years and is widely recognized for its strong academics and Christ-centered family environment.

Our LCAS teachers bring warmth, patience, and understanding to the classroom every day, encouraging children to learn and grow.  They inspire children to be lifelong learners using our nationally recognized curriculum that promotes social, physical, verbal and cognitive development.  Our teachers are committed to making their students successful and know that creating meaningful relationships with children and families play a crucial role in that success.

Required Experience

Experience: Candidates must be a committed Seventh-day Adventist with a passion for sharing Christ daily to their students. The ideal candidate has experience as a teaching principal and has a minimum of a BS in elementary education along with a current NAD Elementary certification or a willingness to obtain certification. Must have the legal right to work in the US and be able to provide evidence of that right if employed. Salary Range - Standard NPUC Salary Scale - $46,644 - $59,900.
