Hood View Adventist School (HVAS) is a Preschool-8th grade school currently serving almost 200 students. The school is located on 20 beautiful acres with a view of Mt. We are looking for a Preschool Teacher for the 2026-27 school year. HVAS offers competitive compensation based on experience, a resource-rich classroom, and a collaborative team of Adventist educators who are passionate about their calling. This role is structured as a Full-Time position (August–June) and also has responsibility for our After-School Care (ASC) program for preschool students. This job includes eligibility for health care benefits and retirement. 

Requirements:  

• To maintain our high standards of safety and excellence, applicants must have the legal right to work in the U.S. and be enrolled in Oregon’s Central Background Registry. 
• Possess at a minimum an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and relevant experience.  

• Applicants will need to complete specific state certification coursework. HVAS offers financial assistance to help you achieve those credentials.
