The qualified candidate must: 

• Be a member in good and regular standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church 
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree 
• Hold a denominational administrative credential or be close to completing it. 
• Currently have the legal right to work and reside in the United States, and able to provide proof of such.
