It is located very close to downtown Orlando, adjacent to the largest AdventHealth hospital in Central Florida and a few miles from the AdventHealth headquarters office. OJA is striving to move beyond the traditional models of Adventist education and reimagine learning. They offer pre-kindergarten through eighth grade to an enrollment of nearly 150 students. The school is operated as a Florida Conference Constituent school. Applicant must be a tithe-paying Seventh-day Adventist church member in good standing and have the legal right to work in the United States, providing evidence if employed. A minimum of a bachelor's degree with North American Division (Denominational) Teacher Certification is required and must be maintained (or must agree to work towards obtaining NAD Certification). Three years of successful classroom experience is preferred. Must be a team player; have a service-oriented attitude; and be an effective communicator, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
