New Hope Seventh-day Adventist School is seeking a committed, Christ-centered, and visionary principal to provide spiritual, instructional, and administrative leadership for our growing community beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. Currently serving approximately 95 students, New Hope offers a warm, family-oriented environment where faith, academic excellence, and character development are central to daily learning.  The school is supported by one constituent church and school board who will give maximum support to the principal and staff to ensure that the mission and goals of the school move forward.

Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, our school benefits from a vibrant South Florida setting known for its strong cultural diversity, year-round sunshine and close proximity to beaches, parks, and educational resources. The area also offers an excellent quality of life for educators and families. 

The principal will be expected to facilitate:

• Serve as the spiritual leader of the school, modeling Seventh-day Adventist values
• Provide instructional leadership, including curriculum oversight, teacher supervision, professional development and other staff support
• Foster strong partnerships with parents, church board and members, school board, and the broader community
• Manage daily school operations, school improvement programs, and enrollment growth and retention
• Ensure compliance with conference policies and accreditation standards

We are seeking candidates who:

• Are active members in good and regular standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
• Are legally eligible to reside and work in the United States of America
• Have a bachelor's degree (Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred)
• Have denominational certification or willing to work towards it
• Have prior experience in school leadership or administration (preferred)
• Strongly support the mission and philosophy of Seventh-day Adventist education
