Ozark Adventist School (OAS) is seeking a spiritually committed principal to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. Nestled in the heart of Northwest Arkansas, OAS is a thriving PK–8 school with a growing enrollment that is currently at 129 students. The school operates with six teachers, a full-time principal, support staff, and a school board that is very supportive.

Located within walking distance of Ozark Adventist Academy and near multiple supportive Seventh-day Adventist churches, OAS enjoys a close-knit community of faith and education. The campus is equipped with one-to-one Chromebooks for students. Southwestern Adventist University and Union College are approximately six hours away, providing accessible options for higher education.

Job Description
The principal will provide spiritual and academic leadership, coordinate daily school operations, and work collaboratively with teachers, staff, the school board, and the local churches to continue the growth and mission of Adventist education. 

Qualifications:

• Must love Jesus and be excited to share Him with students
• Committed member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Teaching and administrative experience preferred
• Familiarity with Standards-Based Curriculum 
• Ability to interpret MAP data and assist teachers in setting student goals
• Knowledge of school finance and budgeting
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Collaborate effectively with staff and the school board
• Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States

This is a full-time principal position.
Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy.
