Ozark Adventist Academy seeks a Men’s Assistant Dean for the 2026-2027 school year. The beautiful campus of Ozark Adventist Academy, located in Northwest Arkansas, was established in 1924. Within 45 minutes of campus are 2,500 miles of mountain biking trails, kayaking and whitewater rafting, and thousands of acres within state parks for camping, hiking, and backpacking. The corridors of Bentonville, Rogers, and Fayetteville (home to the University of Arkansas) are within a 35-minute driving distance for shopping, dining, and numerous activities.
Job Description
The Men’s Assistant Dean works under the direction of the Head Men’s Dean to provide supervision, mentorship, and spiritual leadership within the boys’ residence hall. This role involves fostering a safe, positive, structured, and supportive environment that reflects Christ and aligns with Seventh-day Adventist beliefs and values. The Assistant Dean will work closely with students, staff, and parents to ensure student success and well-being while also promoting an environment of spiritual growth. This is a part-time position. Full-time employment may be considered for candidates who hold appropriate certification and are qualified to teach classes in music or mathematics.
