Are you a mission-driven educational leader passionate about building a seamless K-12 pathway for students and families?

The Texico Conference Office of Education is seeking a mission-driven principal to serve in an innovative K-12 collaborative leadership model guiding two closely partnered Adventist schools: a K-8 elementary school and a 9-12 academy located within two minutes of each other.

Each school maintains its own board, budget, and identity, while the principal provides coordinated leaderships that strengthens coordinated leadership that strengthens instructional quality, school culture, and the transition from elementary through secondary Adventist education

This role offers the opportunity to serve as a full-time, non-teaching principal, providing strong visibility and leadership across both campuses while mentoring faculty, supporting student discipline systems, fostering spiritual growth, and leading enrollment and community engagement initiatives.

 

Required Experience

· Qualified candidates should be active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church

· Hold a master’s degree in educational leadership or related field (preferred)

· Have administrative experience in Adventist education

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
