Job Summary

Conroe Adventist Academy (CAA) is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and spiritually committed Principal Administrator with teaching duties to serve the PreK-8th Grade church school for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will integrate faith into learning, foster a Christ-centered environment, inspire students academically and spiritually, and uphold the values of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. CAA has a supportive local church, and together they serve the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, Christ-centered instruction aligned with the Adventist curriculum
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and spiritually enriching school and classroom environment
• Integrate faith and learning while promoting academic excellence
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Strategic planning and implementation
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and the church community to support student development, mentoring, and discipleship with students and staff
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and communication with parents and administration
• Participate in school activities, professional development, and staff meetings
• Uphold school policies, safety standards, and Adventist educational principles

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Elementary Education from an accredited institution
• Denominational teaching certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Active membership in the Seventh-day Adventist Church
• Strength in administration, marketing, and working knowledge of school finances and budgeting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to integrating faith and learning. Ability to inspire and engage students in a Christ-centered environment.
