Tulsa Adventist Academy is seeking a full-time Director of Student Services & Operations beginning with the 2026–2027 school year.
This role supports the administrative, financial, and operational systems that help the school function effectively and continue to grow. As Tulsa Adventist Academy operates as a Senior Academy, this position will help ensure that student records, reporting requirements, and institutional processes are handled accurately and consistently.
The Director will serve as the school’s primary registrar, overseeing student records and transcript management. In addition, the position supports key financial processes of the school in coordination with conference systems and school leadership.
The position works closely with administration to support operational, administrative, and financial needs of the school based on the candidate’s strengths and the evolving needs of the institution.
