Description

Tulsa Adventist Academy is seeking a full-time Director of Student Services & Operations beginning with the 2026–2027 school year.

This role supports the administrative, financial, and operational systems that help the school function effectively and continue to grow. As Tulsa Adventist Academy operates as a Senior Academy, this position will help ensure that student records, reporting requirements, and institutional processes are handled accurately and consistently.

The Director will serve as the school’s primary registrar, overseeing student records and transcript management. In addition, the position supports key financial processes of the school in coordination with conference systems and school leadership.

The position works closely with administration to support operational, administrative, and financial needs of the school based on the candidate’s strengths and the evolving needs of the institution.

Student Services & Operations

  • Serve as the school’s primary registrar
  • Maintain accurate student records, transcripts, and academic documentation
  • Ensure compliance with conference, union, and accreditation reporting requirements
  • Coordinate enrollment records and student documentation
  • Work with school leadership to support administrative and operational processes that help the school function effectively

Financial & Administrative Support

  • Assist with tracking tuition, fees, and student account records in coordination with established systems (e.g., FACTS or conference processes)
  • Support billing processes and help ensure accuracy of financial records related to student accounts
  • Assist with financial reporting and documentation as requested by school leadership or conference offices
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes
  • Coordinate with administration on budgeting support tasks, including data tracking and expense organization
  • Assist with processing purchase requests, reimbursements, and basic financial workflows according to established policies
Required Experience

Required Experience

  • Active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in good standing
  • Commitment to the mission and philosophy of Adventist education
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Experience with student records, administrative systems, or school operations preferred
  • Basic financial or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with administration, faculty, and families
