Job Posting: 5th-6th Grade Teacher

Milwaukee Seventh-day Adventist School is seeking a caring, faith-centered 5th-6th-grade teacher to join our elementary team. The teacher will provide engaging instruction in core subjects, nurture students’ academic growth, and support their spiritual, social, and emotional development within a Christ-centered classroom. Responsibilities include lesson planning aligned with curriculum standards, classroom management, assessment of student progress, and clear communication with families and colleagues. The ideal candidate will create a warm, structured learning environment that reflects Christian values and supports the development of early literacy and numeracy. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the foundational years of students’ education.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (Elementary Education preferred)
• Valid NAD certification or eligibility to obtain 
• Commitment to Seventh-day Adventist education and schools
• Committed Seventh-day Adventist is in regular standing
• Experience teaching primary grades preferred
• Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Biligual- Spanish and English preferred
