We are seeking a dedicated and spiritually committed teaching principal to lead and grow our school community. Our mission is to provide a Christ-centered education in a safe, nurturing environment where students develop a personal relationship with Jesus and strive for academic excellence.

This individual will oversee all aspects of school operations while actively teaching and working closely with a classroom aide.

Stanley Seventh-day Adventist School is a multi-ethnic, one-teacher (grades 1–8) elementary school located in Stanley, Virginia, in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley and surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. Our school is supported by a close-knit community of hard-working families who are deeply committed to sustaining Christian education for their children.

Qualifications:

• Experience in one-teacher Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) schools preferred 
• Knowledge of instructional strategies for multi-grade classrooms (Grades 1–8) 
• Strong spiritual leadership and commitment to Adventist education 
• Working knowledge of school finance and budget management 
• Proficiency with educational technology 
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills 
• Background in math and science/STEM preferred 

Requirements:

• Valid North American Division (NAD) Teacher Certification 
• Active membership in the Seventh-day Adventist Church in regular standing 
• Eligibility to work in the United States 

Salary and benefits are based on the denominational wage scale and policy.
