Spring Valley Academy is seeking a qualified and mission-driven Secondary Math Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. Located in Centerville, Ohio, Spring Valley Academy serves about 590 students from kindergarten through grade 12. Our mission is to provide a Christ-centered education that inspires students to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, pursue academic excellence, and live a life of service.

Position Overview:
The selected candidate will teach Algebra I, Algebra II, and High School Statistics, along with possible additional courses as aligned with the applicant’s certification and experience. We are looking for an educator who is passionate about mathematics, skilled in engaging diverse learners, and committed to integrating faith and learning in the classroom.

• Active, baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in regular standing
• Holds or is eligible to obtain North American Division (NAD) teacher certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Secondary Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively teach Algebra I, Algebra II, and High School Statistics
• Strong classroom management skills with a commitment to student-centered instruction
• Ability to thoughtfully integrate faith and learning in a Christ-centered classroom
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Must be a US citizen or already have the required paperwork to work in the United States
