James E Sampson Memorial School is a kindergarten through eighth-grade elementary school located in Ft Pierce on the east coast of Florida. Four full-time educators provide instruction to an enrollment of about 60 students.

JESMSDA is seeking a dedicated, caring, dynamic fourth- and fifth-grades classroom teacher whose responsibilities may also include being the principal. The ideal candidate will possess a collaborative spirit and a passion for children and educational excellence.

Applicant must be a tithe-paying Seventh-day Adventist church member in good standing and have the legal right to work in the United States, providing evidence if employed. A minimum of a bachelor's degree (master's preferred) with North American Division (Denominational) Teacher Certification is required and must be maintained (or must agree to work towards obtaining NAD Certification). A minimum of three years of successful classroom and administrative experience is preferred.
