Description

Are you passionate about serving in a close-knit Seventh-day Adventist community where education, faith, and relationships are deeply connected? Do you feel called to teach, lead, and help strengthen a school’s future in a unique and mission-focused setting? Wilson Junior Academy is seeking a dedicated and relational Teaching-Principal to lead its K–8 program.

Located in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, Wilson Junior Academy serves a historic Seventh-day Adventist community with deep roots and a strong sense of identity. This small-school environment offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with students and families while playing a key role in shaping the future of Adventist education in the community.

As Teaching-Principal, you will provide instruction in a multi-grade classroom while also leading the day-to-day operations of the school. This includes working closely with parents, the local church, and the school board to support student success and strengthen the school’s mission.
