K-8 Teacher/Principal

Brownell Mtn Seventh-day Adv School in Williston, VT
Atlantic Union Conference | Northern New England Conference
Description

This is an opening for a K-8 teacher/principal in a multi--grade school, that is restarting with exciting potential for growth. The school has a highly supportive church and board with a substantial and stable financial backing. The closure of a nearby Baptist school has left many families hoping for a miracle to provide a Christian school for the upcoming academic year.  Why not be the teacher who is an answer to prayer?

Have you ever wondered what it might be like to live in a scene from a Currier and Ives postcard? Located in the beautiful state of Vermont (the largest producer of maple syrup in the USA and home to Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream), Brownell Mountain School is offering a sweet opportunity for an amazing teacher! Williston is next door to Burlington, which is home to multiple colleges, a medical school, a teaching hospital, and an international airport. Brownell Mountain School is near world class skiing and snowboarding, beautiful Lake Champlain and a wide variety of outdoor activities.  BMS is also just 97 miles south of  Montreal, Canada.

Churches and schools often are looking for someone who “walks on water”. The nice thing about northern Vermont is that you can walk on water in the winter most every year! :-) Often churches or schools are looking to hire someone who “walks on water”. So why not come to a place that will help you be more like Jesus?
