Description

The Chaplain is responsible for the day-to-day religious activities of the school.  He or she will teach one or more courses.  Must be skilled in challenging students to attain high spiritual, academic, and  appropriate social achievements.  Other duties may include class and club sponsorships, and general student supervision as assigned. 

Required Experience

Qualifications

 • Practicing member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church

 • Bachelor’s degree in theology preferred Qualifications

 • Experience with adolescent youth, preferred • Strong counseling and/or mediation skills

 • Spiritual programming experience

 • Strong people skills

 • Local Fingerprint and Background Check clearance

 • Sterling Volunteers clearance
