We are seeking a dedicated spiritual leader who can effectively manage a multi-grade classroom while meeting the needs of students in grades 3-8. EAA is supported by bus drivers who assist in transporting students to school, a part time administrative assistant, and a K-2 teacher. Requirements:
• Must be a committed Seventh-day Adventist with a passion for Adventist education
• Bachelor's degree in education or related field (required)
• Valid NAD teaching certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain Indiana State
licensure
• Strong classroom management and communication skills while maintaining a positive social emotional learning approach
• Strong technology skills with an openness to explore innovation and design thinking
• Ability to integrate Biblical principles into daily instruction
• Experience in multi-grade classroom settings is a plus
• Have the legal right to work in the United States
