The Custodial Supervisor monitors and supervises all activities of student custodial workers who provide cleaning support to campus buildings. The supervisor will assist the Director in using department resources efficiently and in leading and training student workers. The supervisor will hold student workers accountable for their assigned shifts and duties. This will include providing positive mentoring and student learning opportunities.

High school diploma or equivalent. Two to five years of supervising employees.   The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.  Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.  Be a self-starter, able to work without supervision, and possess good organizational skills.  The ability to supervise multiple crews.
