Ozark Academy was established in Gentry, AR, in 1924. The campus is within 45 minutes of 2,500 miles of mountain biking trails, kayaking, and whitewater rafting, and thousands of acres within state parks for camping, hiking, and backpacking. Making this a true nature lover's paradise! Also, the corridors of Bentonville, Rogers, and Fayetteville (home of the University of Arkansas) are within a 35-minute driving distance for shopping, dining, and numerous other activities. OAA is three and a half hours from Kansas City, Oklahoma City, and Little Rock, and within six hours of Dallas/Fort Worth and St. Louis. Southwestern Adventist University and Union Adventist University are approximately six hours from OAA in opposite directions.
