Location

North Dallas Adventist Academy (NDAA) is a growing PK-12 school serving 210+ students in Richardson, Texas. NDAA has a warm and family-like environment. The school has a new, state-of-the-art STEM Lab, a state championship basketball team, soccer and volleyball teams, an orchestra, band, choirs, robotics, and more. We are the 5th-most-diverse private school in Texas.

Job Summary

NDAA is looking for an engaging and dependable IT Coordinator. Candidates must be team players, support the mission and vision of the school, and provide effective technology leadership and support for students, teachers, staff, and administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, Christ-centered instruction aligned with the Adventist curriculum
  • Foster a positive, nurturing, and spiritually enriching environment
  • Managing and maintaining school technology systems, devices, and networks
  • Provide technical support to teachers, staff, and students
  • Overseeing setup, distribution, maintenance, and inventory of school devices, including iPads, laptops, and other technology equipment
  • Supporting classroom technology, schoolwide systems, printers, projectors, smart boards, audio/visual equipment, and phone system. 
  • Assisting with user accounts, passwords, permissions, and technology access
  • Coordinating technology updates, repairs, security, and troubleshooting
  • Supporting school events and programs with technology and audio/visual needs
  • Maintain accurate records related to technology inventory, repairs, licenses, and equipment usage
  • Assisting with technology training for staff and students
  • Representing NDAA in a professional and Christ-centered manner
Required Experience

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Technology, from an accredited institution
  • Denominational teaching certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Active membership in the Seventh-day Adventist Church
  • Experience in technology operations, infrastructure, instructional tools, and communication system functions
  • Strong commitment to integrating faith and learning
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Team player, organized, dependable, and values Christian education. 
  • Able to work collaboratively with staff and administration, communicating warmly and professionally
