Key responsibilities of the candidate:

• Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and oversee daily operations of the school plant.
• Strategic Growth: Implement dynamic marketing and recruiting initiatives to support our growing enrollment.
• Financial Management: Operate the school within an approved budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Compliance: Ensure all state, conference, and union policies are consistently implemented.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the school board, pastor, parents, and superintendent to maintain a cohesive school community.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications of the candidate: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education required (Master’s in Educational Leadership or Administration preferred).
• Certification: Current NAD certification.
• Membership: Baptized Seventh-day Adventist member in good and regular standing.
• Eligibility: Must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States.
