North Tampa Christian Academy is a rapidly growing kindergarten through twelfth-grade school with nearly 600 students. Instructional practices include blended learning, competency-based grading, collaborative teaching, and project-based learning.

NTCA is looking for an experienced principal for the coming school year. The principal administers the internal educational operations of NTCA overseeing school operations including but not limited to teachers and NTCA’s curriculum. The principal will be responsible for the fulfillment of mission and curriculum delivery according to the standards and policies of the Adventist Church and the Florida Conference as adopted by the Board of NTCA. The ideal candidate will be a strong academic and spiritual leader who is willing to champion 21st century learning methods including project-based learning, mastery-based grading, and design thinking.

Applicant must be a tithe-paying Seventh-day Adventist church member in good standing and have the legal right to work in the United States, providing evidence if employed. A minimum of a bachelor's degree with North American Division (Denominational) Teacher Certification is required and must be maintained (or must agree to work towards obtaining NAD Certification). A minimum of three years of successful classroom experience is preferred.
