Mile High Academy is seeking a committed and visionary Vice Principal. MHA provides a Christ-centered learning environment, helping families experience excellence in Seventh-day Adventist education. Located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, a suburb of Denver, MHA serves students from Preschool through 12th grade. The school is supported by local constituent churches and an Adventist hospital system and is fully accredited by the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools.

In this role, you will:

  • Strengthen the school’s spiritual culture by integrating SDA beliefs and values across academics and student life.
  • Support the Principal in day-to-day operations, including academic oversight, discipline, and staff mentorship.
  • Assist the principal in strategic planning and the development of new programs.
  • Work with principal and teachers to implement standards-based grading in the classroom.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the broader church community.
  • Teach classes as assigned.
Required Experience
  • Master’s degree preferred in Educational Administration or related field.
  • NAD teacher/administrative certification (or eligibility).
  • Active membership and strong commitment to the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
  • Minimum five years of successful teaching/administrative experience (SDA context preferred).

Salary and benefits are based on the denomination’s wage scale policy for 12-month employment and will be commensurate with experience and credentials.
