Responsibilities
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
• Plan and lead age-appropriate learning activities
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic development
• Creating positive relationships with parents and staff
• Maintain classroom organization and daily routines
• Help the children foster a connection with Jesus as their forever friend.

• Experience working with preschool or Pre-K age children preferred
• Passion for early childhood education
• Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Bachelors in Education with Early Childhood emphasis preferred

• Applicant is a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church in good standing
• The applicant must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States. 
• This position is a conference paid position with a degree in Early Childhood education or Elementary Education
