Highland View Academy is seeking a full-time registrar. The registrar maintains student records, takes the lead in the admission process, is responsible for all aspects of student records, transcripts, helps prepare our students for the transition to college life, as well as other assignments given by the principal. Highland View Academy is a small SDA boarding academy located in beautiful western Maryland. Our campus is rural and surrounded by farms, fields and mountains. The Appalachian Trail is very near to campus and there are many other national and historical parks and landmarks nearby. We are dedicated to serving our students and helping them to further develop their characters into the person that God is calling them to be. We have a dynamic, caring, and professional faculty and staff who are a lot of fun to work with.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree (minimum) in education, have current NAD certification, and previous experience working in a boarding academy.  Experience or certification in special education would be beneficial but not required. We are looking for a candidate who loves to collaborate with staff members and students. This position requires the ability to accomplish a variety of daily tasks and focus on long range goals while taking a leading role in the overall professional development of our staff. The most important quality the ideal candidate will possess is love for the Lord and a desire to mentor young men and women into a closer relationship with Him.
