Union Springs Academy is seeking a young adult who is interested in exploring a future career in development, recruitment, admissions, or Christian education leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who desires hands-on experience while serving in a Christ-centered school environment.

The selected individual will work closely with the administration team as a Development & Recruitment Assistant, learning the tradecraft of student recruitment, relationship building, communication, event planning, and school promotion.

This is a 10-month task force position that provides valuable real-world experience, mentorship, and ministry opportunities while serving the students and mission of Union Springs Academy.

Responsibilities

The Development & Recruitment Assistant may assist with:

• Student recruitment efforts
• Visiting churches, schools, and events
• Communicating with prospective students and families
• Social media and promotional projects
• Assisting with enrollment and admissions processes
• Hosting campus visitors and tours
• Helping coordinate recruitment trips and school events
• Supporting development and fundraising initiatives
• Participating in campus life and student ministry
