To prepare professionals for Christian service in the business world by providing a quality, student-oriented education that emphasizes ethics and balances practice and theory.

Position Description

The individual who is hired should be ready to participate fully on the Business program team and expect full support from the team. It is important that this individual be a good fit not only in qualifications and interests, but in interpersonal dynamics.

We take our mission statement very seriously. It guides everything from our personnel decisions to our curricula. Our approach is to work together as a team to provide an excellent educational experience that includes encouraging student growth in all aspects of life. Each member of the team contributes in different ways, depending on individual strengths, background and abilities. Our team has developed tools and systems to assist with many of the tasks and we are fully prepared to support the individual who is hired in whatever ways we can.

Qualifications

• Required MBA or masters in a related fi eld from a regionally accredited institution; prefer a doctoral degree or the willingness to pursue one in the future.
• Work experience that will enhance what is covered in class.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A strong desire to work as a full member of a team seeking excellent results.
• Ability to use software at the appropriate level both in and out of the classroom.
• Prefer prior teaching experience, either in a formal classroom setting or in more informal ways such as peer training.
