Blue Mountain Academy is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Head Dean for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a 12-month leadership position responsible for the overall direction and supervision of the residential life program, working closely with school administration to ensure a safe, structured, and spiritually enriching boarding environment.
The Head Boys Dean provides leadership for the dormitory program, guiding the development and implementation of systems that support student growth, accountability, and community life. Key areas of responsibility include the planning and oversight of daily residential routines such as worship experiences, supervised study periods, and student activities, with an emphasis on fostering a Christ-centered campus culture.
This role includes direct leadership in student supervision, mentorship, and character development, ensuring that residential life aligns with the mission and values of Seventh-day Adventist education. The Head Dean also collaborates with faculty and staff to support student success across academic, social, and spiritual dimensions.
Additional responsibilities may include supervising students during school-sponsored events and travel, as well as contributing to broader campus initiatives as assigned by the administration.
