The Associate Superintendent for Administration assists the Superintendent in providing leadership, supervision, and support to educators and schools to ensure the best possible educational opportunities for students are provided throughout the Florida Conference. Specific responsibilities include overseeing personnel placement, supervising secondary educators, mentoring school administrators, coordinating school accreditations, guiding the schools in scholarship compliance issues, and other duties as assigned.
The Associate Superintendent promotes excellence in instruction, curriculum implementation, program quality, teacher development, and operational compliance while advancing the mission and philosophy of Seventh-day Adventist education. This individual collaborates with educational leaders to strengthen programs, support student achievement, and ensure alignment with the educational standards and objectives of the Florida Conference Office of Education. The Associate Superintendent also represents the Florida Conference Office of Education at conference, union, and other educational meetings as assigned.
