Dupont Park Adventist School is seeking a Christian, innovative, and compassionate teacher to join our team of dedicated educators serving grades K-1 for the 2026-2027 school year.  We are looking for someone who inspires a love of Jesus, learning, fosters a nurturing classroom environment, and embraces the use of technology to enhance instruction and student engagement.

Use engaging, technology integrated teaching practices to meet the diverse needs of young learners

Incorporate digital tools and interactive learning platforms to support creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking

Model kindness, patience, and professionalism in all interactions

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance student learning and contribute to a vibrant school community

 

Required Experience

Requirements

Practicing member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church

Achieved no less than a Bachelor's Degree

Local Fingerprint and Background Check clearance

Sterling volunteers clearance

Qualifications

Eligible for denominational teacher certificate

Prior teaching experience preferred

We are fully accredited by The Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges, and Universities and the Middle States Association Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools.
