Milwaukee Seventh-day Adventist School – North Campus is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered 4K/Kindergarten Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of our youngest learners while serving in a collaborative, mission-focused Adventist school community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for 4K and Kindergarten students.
  • Integrate faith and learning throughout the curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and joyful classroom environment.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress.
  • Participate in school programs, worship, and professional learning opportunities.

Required Experience

Our ideal candidate is committed to academic excellence, understands the developmental needs of young children, and desires to nurture students spiritually, socially, emotionally, and academically in a loving Christian environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education (required)
  • Current teaching certification or eligibility for Seventh-day Adventist denominational certification
  • Active member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church preferred
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • Passion for sharing Jesus with young children
