Forestdale Christian School, grades k-8, is located in the foothills of western Maine, close to ski areas and other opportunities for outdoor adventure! We are seeking a kind and welcoming teacher's aide to help with our growing small school. The education ministry at Forestdale is Christ-centered with a strong connection to our church, as well as our local community. The ideal candidate would be willing to work with students in grades k-8 in a variety of settings. Teaching duties include work with small reading
groups and helping younger ones at learning centers. There will be lots of opportunities for spreading the love of Jesus!
 

The position is currently budgeted at $15.10/hr, 24 hours a week, and approximately 36 weeks for the school year. Although the pay is modest, the work is extremely rewarding! Our school families are incredibly positive and supportive, as is our school board and church.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree related to education, have demonstrated a commitment to Christian education with high academic standards, and possess a love for the Lord that is evident to the students and of course love children.
