Southern Adventist University seeks a full-time teaching faculty member in the School of Business for face-to-face classroom instruction on the campus in Collegedale, TN, with expertise in business strategy / strategic management. The ideal candidate will draw on substantial prior professional experience in the for-profit sector to teach undergraduate and graduate courses that equip students with the frameworks, analytical tools, and decision-making skills needed for effective strategy formulation and execution. Ideal candidates will facilitate learning congruent with a Christian biblical worldview and Seventh-day Adventist beliefs, fostering student engagement, spiritual growth, and career readiness in ethical, purpose-driven business practice. Required Experience

Qualifications - Required
• Earned doctorate in business strategy, strategic management, management, international business, or a closely related field from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in the area of expertise.
• Significant prior professional experience in the for-profit sector (e.g., corporate strategy, management consulting, multinational operations, or related roles).
• Articulate integration of biblical foundations in business strategy and organizational decision-making. • Commitment to student learning, engagement, and holistic advising (academic, career, and spiritual).

Qualifications - Preferred
• Evidence of successful teaching business at the undergraduate and/or graduate level with a focus on student-centered, experiential learning grounded in a Biblical worldview.
• Evidence of strong academic research skills
